DSC 300
Corrosion Inhibitor


Description:
DSC 300 corrosion inhibitor is a heterocyclic, filming type amine. This product is stable and water soluble with no undissolved solids.



Application:
DSC 300 is a treatment for low to no solids water packer fluids. When used a directed, DSC 300 corrosion inhibitor forms a tough, long-lasting coating on metal surfaces that resists penetration of dissolved organic gases, hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide. It is effective in fresh water, sodium potassium or calcium chloride waters. This product is stable to a temperature of 300°. Normal treatment is a range of 21-42 gallons per 100 barrels of water and should be slowly added to the agitated fluids.



Storage and Handling:
Avoid breathing vapor and contact with eyes, skin, or clothing. Wash off skin; wash contaminated clothing before reuse. In case of eye contact, flush with water and see a physician. Do not store or use around intense heat. Keep drum closed during storage. DSC 300 is packaged in 55 gallon drums.
